•On May 13th at 6 p.m., Officers took a report of theft of a computer in the 2000 block of E. 16th.

•1:03 p.m. Officers investigated child in need of care in the 700 block of E. Harvey.

•11:38 a.m. Franklin Ray Nichols,wm,30,Wellington was arrested and confined on a Sumner County warrant charged with three counts of sale of marijuana.

•4:21 p.m. Wesley J. Hodges, 24, Wellington was arrested and confined with driving while drivers license suspended and operating a vehicle without insurance. He bonded out.

•1:22 a.m. Denise R. Cairns, 43, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with illegal registration and operating a vehicle without insurance.

•3:49 a.m.  Carl W. Topinka, 71, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with driving with a suspended drivers license.

•9:27 a.m. Amana M. McPherson, 23, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with criminal trespass and battery.

•12:40 p.m. Officers investigated an injury accident in the 2000 block of E. 16th, involving vehicles operated by James A. Foote, 67, South Haven and Melissa M. Provost, 38, Wellington.

•3:03 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of bottled beverage in the 800 block of E. 16th.

•3:08 p.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to wiring in the 100 block of N. Bright.

•7:52 p.m. Officers investigated a non-injury accident, on private property, in the 1400 of W. 8th, involving a vehicle operated by juvenile male,16, Wellington and a parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by Saint Francis Community Services.

•10:10 p.m. Brittany Dawn Brown, 23, Wellington was arrested, confined and bonded with disobeying a stop sign and driving under the influence.

•11:20 p.m. Megan J. Ray, 19, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with defective taillights.

•12:51 p.m.  Michael D. Ferguson, 31, Wichita,Ks was issued a notice to appear with seatbelt violation and no proof of insurance.

•12:51 p.m. Felicha L. Ferguson, 27, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with seatbelt violation.

•2:10 a.m. Geoff R. Elkins, 32, Wellington was arrested and confined and bonded with violation of basic speed rule and driving under the influence.

•3:09 p.m. Officers investigated a burglary in the 500 block of E. 16th.

•4:36 p.m. Officers investigated a non-injury accident in the 400 block of  West 50th St. South, involving vehicles operated by Cody A. Shellhammer, 18, Anthony, and Curtis L. Rogers, 18, Anthony.

•4:36 p.m. Cody A. Shellhammer, 18, Anthony, was issued a notice to appear charged with inattentive driving and operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance.

•6:14 p.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to jungle gym in the 500 block of N. Olive.

•3:06 a.m., Officers investigated a non-injury accident, in the 2100 block of N. A. involving a vehicle operated by  Andrea D. Moore, 21, Wellington.

•3:55 a.m.Andrea D. Moore, 21,Wellington was arrested and confined charged with driving under the influence.

•3:55 a.m.Caleb D. Bradbury,19, Wellington was arrested, confined and bonded with minor in possession/ consumption of alcohol by minor.

•8:04 a.m. Joseph A. Mashburn, 48, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with no seatbelt.

•8:16 a.m. Jessica J. Shelinbarger, 22, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with no seatbelt.

•8:31 a.m. Adam  L. Ast, 32, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with expired drivers license and no seatbelt.

•8:43 a.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to a vehicle in the 1400 block of N. Washington.

•8:52 a.m. Juvenile female,17, Wellington, a passenger, was issued a notice to appear charged with improper seatbelt.

•9:25 a.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to a vehicle in the 400 block of N. B.

•9:49 a.m. Phillip S. Pruitt, 39, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with no seatbelt.

•12:15 p.m. Officers investigated child in need of care on Peachtree Lane.

•12:15 p.m. Officers investigated harassment by telephone by a known suspect in the 100 block of N. B.

•1:40 p.m.  Officers investigated criminal damage to a vehicle window in the 400 block of N. B.

•1:58 p.m., Officers investigated a non injury accident in the 400 block of E. 16th, involving a vehicle operated by  Larry L. McCullough, 55, Wellington and a fixed object – a sign -owned by the city of Wellington.

•6:54 p.m. Jesse E. Hare Sr, 84,Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with expired tag.

•8:22 p.m.  Officers investigated criminal damage to a window in the 500 block of N. Douglas.

•8:27 p.m. Officers investigated suspicious activity in the 200 block of E. 3rd.

•10 p.m. Alyssa D. Tucker, 22, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with illegal registration.
