•7 a.m. Doyle L. Matchett, 56, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for seatbelt violation, driving while license is suspended, no current registration and no proof of insurance.

•7:45 a.m. Sharon M. Stover, 34, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 33 mph in a 30 mph zone.

•9 a.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 600 block N. Plum, Wellington.

•10:15 a.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to property in the 500 block E. Lake View Rd, Wellington.

•12:15 a.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 700 block E. Lincoln, Wellington.

•2:31 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 2000 block N. H, Wellington.

•4 p.m. Non-Injury accident in the 2200 block E. U.S. 160, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Deborah L. Blasi, 64, Wellington and a fixed object/stop sign, owned by the city of Wellington.

•Amanda McCreary, 36, Wellington was served a summons to appear for disobeying traffic control device.

•7 p.m. Brian K. Page, 47, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for seatbelt violation.

•7:10 p.m. Derek D. Zimmer, 29, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for seatbelt violation.

•7:15 p.m. Erin P. Russell, 18, Wellington, a passenger, was issued a notice to appear for seatbelt violation.

•7:28 p.m. Officers investigated disorderly conduct in the 200 block S. B, Wellington by known suspect.
