•5:03 a.m. Tiffany L. Aldridge, 29, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for disobeyed stop sign and no proof of insurance.

•6:18 a.m. Tori J. Church, 20, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for fail to signal within 100 feet of turn.

•1:10  p.m. Officers investigated Criminal D a.m.age to Property in the 1300 Michigan, Wellington.

•3:19 p.m. Officers took a report of a Civil Dispute in the 1600 block W. 8th, Wellington by known subject(s).

•4 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of ams and chainsaw in the 300 block N. A, Wellington.

•4:51 p.m. Officers took a report of found bicycle in the 300 block N. Washington, Wellington.

•5:20 p.m. Delpha V. Seyler, 44, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for seatbelt violation.

•6:25 p.m. Angela R. Farrington, 41, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for seatbelt violation.

•6:39 p.m. Officers investigated counterfeiting of gun by known suspect in the 2000 block E. 16th, Wellington.

•8:26 p.m. Officers investigated disorderly conduct in the area of 7th and Plum, Wellington by known suspect.

•8:41 p.m. Gary W. Webb, 61, Wellington was arrested, charged and bonded with disorderly conduct.

•10:19 p.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to electronic device in the 2000 block N. Madison, Wellington.

•1:03 a.m. Jarrod S. Miller, 33, Wellington was arrested, charged  and bonded with driving while license is suspended.

•8:45 a.m. Officers investigated a theft and criminal damage to vending machine and currency to property in the 500 block E. 16th, Wellington.

•9:54 a.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 500 block W. Harvey, Wellington.

•10:20 a.m. Non-injury, hit and run accident on private property in the 1300 block Michigan, Wellington involving an unknown object and a parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by Annette Ray, Wellington.

•4:15 p.m. Christopher E. F. Winter, 23, Harper, was issued a notice to appear for seatbelt violation.

•4:15 p.m. Nicole D. Winter, 21, Harper, was issued a notice to appear for seatbelt violation of a passenger.
