•1:30 a.m. Cody G. Sanders, 21, Wellington was arrested and charged with driving while license is suspended in the 200 block S. G, Wellington.  (bonded)

•11:35 a.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 900 block W. 8th, Wellington.         •11:50 a.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 200 block N. Haslet, Wellington. •5:25 p.m. Jeffrey M. Berryman, 37, Wellington was served a notice to appear charged with discharge of firearm within Wellington limits and disorderly conduct.

•5:45 p.m. Bryan C. Tracy, 38, Wellington was served a notice to appear charged with dog at large and no Wellington tags.

•12:01 a.m. Nichelle L. Metzen, 20, Belle Plaine, was arrested and charged with driving while license is suspended and tag light violation in the 2200 block. E. 16th, Wellington.

•6:04 a.m. Gregory B. Norris, 37, Wellington was arrested on a city of Wellington Warrant for four counts of trimming trees without a license.

•7:35 a.m. Babara G. Lewis, 28, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with speeding 71 mph in a 55 mph speed zone. (radar)

•3:35 p.m. Dustin M. Glenn, 31, Wellington was arrested and charged with theft.

•9:51 p.m. Jonathan R. Patterson, 27, Albuquerque, New Mexico was arrested for driving while license is suspended and defective headlight in the 1900 block. E. 16th, Wellington.

•10:30 p.m. Clayton Martinez, 20, Arkansas City was issued a notice to appear for emerging and no proof of insurance.
