•Cormac J. Johnston, 56, Wellington was served a summons to appear for battery and disorderly conduct.

•Anna M. Wylie, 34, Wellington was served a summons to appear for dog at large.

•Mechelle L. Lozano, 36, Wellington was served a summons to appear for criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.

•10:48 a.m. Non-Injury accident in the 1100 block W. U.S. 160 of Wellington involving vehicles operated by Ellsworth M. Sickles, 69, Wellington and Donna M. Haskin, 43, Argonia.

•11:18 a.m. Officers took a report of a mental subject in the 800 block N. Woodlawn,  Wellington.

•3:50 p.m. Non-Injury accident in the area of 8th and G,  Wellington involving vehicles operated by James D. Elliot, 40, Fresno, Texas and Roger L. Brownlee, 58, Wellington.

•5:49 p.m. Officers took a courtesy motor vehicle accident report in the 100 block N. Poplar, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Adam B. Pickerill, 30, Wichita, and a parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by Donna M. Booe,  Wellington.

•10:37 p.m. Kyle A. Slane, 19, Arkansas City, Kansas was issued a notice to appear for speeding 52 mph in a 35 mph zone.

•10:45 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 900 block N. Poplar,  Wellington.
