•10:53 a.m. Officers investigated a theft in the 1800 block N. C, Wellington.

•12:54 p.m. Officers investigated driving while suspended, expired tag and no turn signal and knowingly drive without insurance in the 300 block N. Jefferson, Wellington.

•12:58 p.m. Janice E. Falls, 57, Wellington was arrested, charged and bonded with domestic battery.

•1:55 p.m. Melissa G. Mcmonagle, 43, was issued a notice to appear charged with expired tag, no turn signal, drive while suspended and knowingly drive without insurance.

•3:55 p.m. Caleb D. Stewart, 26, Wellington was arrested, charged and bonded with domestic battery and criminal damage to property.

•5:10 p.m. Non-Injury, vehicle fire accident in the 1100 block S. Washington, Wellington, involved a vehicle operated by Charles W. Madison II, 22, Oxford.

•12:17 p.m. Officers investigated an animal bite, no proof of vaccination and no Wellington registration in the 300 block E. 9th, Wellington. The dog has been confined.

•12:30 p.m. Jeffrey E. Tipton, 44, Wellington, was issued a notice to appear, charged with no proof of vaccination and no Wellington dog registration.

•12:50 p.m. Injury accident in the 300 block E Lincoln, Wellington, involved a vehicle operated by Nancy G. Cain, 66, Wellington and a parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by Ermadene McClure, Wellington.

•1 p.m. Nancy G. Cain, 66, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with inattentive driving.

•1:56 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of a vehicle tag in the 800 block of N. C, Wellington.

•5:13 p.m. Derek S. Martin, 26, Wellington, was arrested, charged and bonded with criminal restraint and criminal damage to property.

•7 p.m. Officers investigated a theft and assault by a known suspect in the 300 block W. 4th, Wellington.

•8:11 p.m. John J. Noyes, 37, homeless, was arrested, charged and confined with driving under the influence,refusal of preliminary breath test, driving while suspended, no proof of insurance, transport open container, expired tag, refusal to submit to test to determine alcohol/drugs, possession of stolen property, possession of marijuana in the 200 block E. 14th, Wellington.

•11:12 p.m. Officers investigated a battery and criminal damage to property by known suspect(s) in the 1300 block N. B, Wellington.
