•10:30 a.m. Officers took a report of a disturbance in the area of Botkin and A, Wellington by known subject(s).

•10:30 a.m. Officers took a report of an unattended death in the 700 block N. Jefferson, Wellington.

•12 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of a license plate in the 900 block W. 7th, Wellington.

•1:40 p.m. Officers took a miscellaneous report in the 700 block E. Harvey, Wellington.

•3:24 p.m. Officers conducted a Courtesy Motor Vehicle accident report in the 400 block N. West Road, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Sean P. Thomas, 39, Wichita, and a parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by Lonnie R. Hossfeld, Derby.

•4:30 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 800 block E. 4th, Wellington.

•3:53 a.m. Officers took a report of a suicide threat in the 1000 block E. Shady Lane Ct., Wellington.

•1:14 p.m. Jessica B. Burnett, 40, Wellington was arrested on a city of Wellington bench warrant for failure to appear.

•4:05 p.m. Mareo D. French, 36, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 41 mph in 30 mph zone (radar) and no valid drivers’ license/expired.

•4:47 p.m. Officers took a report of found bicycle in the area of Blaine & Mill, Wellington.

•6:07 p.m. Officers conducted a warrant arrest in the 1700 block N. A, Wellington by known suspect.

•6:52 p.m. Officers took a report of a Domestic Disturbance in the 600 block N. C, Wellington.

•8:03 p.m. Mickey G. Matthews, 27, Hartford, Kans. was arrested and confined on two Lyon County Warrants for violation of bond conditions.

•11:44 p.m. Ashley M. Jackson, 25, Winfield, was issued a notice to appear for illegal registration/expired tag and no proof of insurance.
