•2:30 p.m. Officers investigated a battery in the 100 block S. Cherry, Wellington.

•4:40 p.m. Officers took a report of a animal bite and no rabies vaccinations in the 300 block. N. Elm, Wellington.

•6:09 p.m. William D. Freel, 27, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with dog at large.

•1 p.m. Officers investigated a domestic battery in the 1400 block Michigan, Wellington.

•1:16 p.m. Nathan S. Rowe, 23, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with domestic battery.

•8:37 p.m. Shane C. Cash, 24, Liberal, was issued a notice to appear for disobeyed stop sign.

•8:40 p.m. Bryanna D. Page, 23, Wichita, Ks was issued a notice to appear for defective headlight.

•9:05 p.m. Anthony S. Ybarra, 46, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for defective headlight.
