•10:50 a.m. Carroll L. Howell, 72, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 32 mph in a 20 mph zone.

•11:15 a.m. Lynda D. Tompkins, 57, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for illegal registration for a golf cart, no proof of insurance and no valid drivers’ license.

•12:29 p.m. Daniel V. Gossman, 64, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for illegal registration/expired tag.

•12:35 p.m. Dustin C. Dockery, 27, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for racing on highway.

•1:23 p.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to a tire in the 1000 block W. Mission Rd, Wellington.

•4:30 p.m. Non-Injury, private property accident in the 800 block E. U.S. 160, Wellington involving vehicle operated by Donna M. Van Pelt, 63, Wellington and a parked and occupied vehicle by Melody A. Everhart, 38, Wellington.

•6:02 p.m. Officers took a report of an adult in need of care in the 800 block w. College, Wellington.

•6:25 p.m. Don S. Campbell, 61, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for Speeding 42 mph in a 30 mph zone (radar) and illegal registration/expired tag.

•8:39 p.m. Officers investigated a theft and criminal damage to property in the 800 block N. Woodlawn, Wellington by known suspect.
