•12:09 p.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to a vehicle in the 100 block S. H, Wellington.

•2:14 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of medication in the 1400 block Superior Court, Wellington.

•8:45 a.m. Non-Injury, hit and run accident that occurred on September 11, 2015 at 11 p.m. in the 300 block N. Crestview, Wellington involving an unknown vehicle and a fixed object/mailbox owned by John R. Troutman, Wellington.

•11:32 a.m. Officers took a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1300 block N. B, Wellington by known subjects.

•1:27 p.m. Officers investigated possession of depressant and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 800 block E. Lincoln, Wellington by known suspect(s).

•2 p.m. Juvenile male, 16, Wellington was arrested and charged with possession of depressant and possession drug paraphernalia.

•2 p.m. Juvenile male, 16, Wellington was arrested and charged with possession of depressant and possession drug paraphernalia.

•2 p.m. Juvenile male, 15, Wellington was arrested and charged with possession of depressant and possession drug paraphernalia.

•11:03 a.m. Officers investigated a theft of cell phone in the 100 block W. Lincoln, Wellington.

•6:20 p.m. Non-Injury accident in the 1100 block E. U.S. 160, Wellington involving vehicles operated by Aaron A. Martinez, 21, Wellington and Kim E. Brownlee, 50, Wellington.

•6:23 p.m. Officers investigated driving while license is suspended and inattentive driving in the 1100 block E. U.S. 160, Wellington.

•6:30 p.m. Aaron A. Martinez, 21, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for drivers’ license is suspended and inattentive driving.

•11:37 p.m. Sangata Mahapatra, 37, Stillwater, Okla.  was issued a notice to appear for speeding 40 mph in a 30 mph zone.

•11:58 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 900 block S. A, Wellington.
