•10:06 a.m. Officers took a report of found wallet for a known owner in the 400 block N. Olive, Wellington.

•12:53 p.m. Non-Injury, private property accident in the 1300 block N. A, Wellington involving vehicles operated by Donna L. Weir, 55, Wellington and Mark R. Kendrick, 49, Mayfield.

•Nicole S. Hargis, 22, Wellington was served a summons to appear for dog at large.

•3:20 p.m. Non-Injury accident in the 600 block E. U.S. 160, Wellington involving vehicles operated by Timothy J. Sones, 23, Conway Spring, and Melanie L. Smith, 45, Wellington.

•3:20 p.m. Timothy J. Sones, 23, Conway Springs, was issued a notice to appear for inattentive driving.

•5:47 p.m. Officers investigated domestic battery and criminal damage to property in the 800 block S. C, Wellington by known suspect.

•7:22 p.m. Michael T. Dwyer, 29, Wellington was arrested, charged and bonded with domestic battery and criminal damage to property.

•5:21 a.m. Billie A. Wilson, 19, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for inattentive driving and driving wrong way on a one way.

•1 p.m. Officers took a report of a vicious animal in the 500 block W. Walnut, Wellington by known owner.

•3:57 p.m. Marcus L. Hays, 43, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for disobeyed stop sign.
