•2:04 a.m. Officers investigated a theft  to title in the 700 block of W. 3rd.

•9:50 a.m. Officers investigated a theft of utilities in the 100 block of W 18th.

•7:30 a.m. Glenda J. Lira, 73, city was issued a notice to appear for parking where signs prohibit.

•2:27 p.m. Officers investigated harassment by telephone by known suspect in the 800 block of N Poplar.

•5:26 p.m. Officers investigated a theft, battery and criminal damage to property in the 800 block of E. 4th.

•2:30 p.m. Officers investigated report of a runaway in the 1400 block of W. 8th.

•7:40 p.m. Officers investigated driving while suspended and operating a motor vehicle with no registration.

•7:40 p.m. Laura L. Miller, 40, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with driving while suspended and illegal registration.

•7:56 p.m. Christopher D. Robison, 49, Tecumseh, Okla. was issued a notice to appear charged with defective brake/turn light and drivers license violation.

•9:05 p.m. Juvenile female, 17, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with  seat belt violation.

•9:41 p.m. Kathy L. Cooper, 34, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with defective headlight and drivers license violation (no driver’s license).

•11:30 p.m. Juvenile male, 16, Belle Plaine was issued a notice to appear charged with tail light.
