Wellington Police notes for Monday, December 22, 2014:

•9:35 a.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 500 block N. Poplar, Wellington.

•2:29 p.m. Non-injury, hit and run accident in the 700 block E. Lincoln, Wellington involving an unknown vehicle and a parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by Cynthia M. Gonzales, Wellington.

•3:50 p.m. Timothy H. Nash, 18, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with defective trailer lights and no proof of insurance.

•4:15 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of checks in the 600 block N. Washington, Wellington.

•5:19 p.m. Timothy P. Henry, 23, Caldwell, was arrested, charged and bonded with driving while license is suspended and speeding 47 mph in a 35 mph zone.

•8:27 p.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to door in the 100 block W. Walnut, Wellington.

•On December 13, 2014 at 9:50 p.m. Kathryn A. Graves, 50, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for defective headlight.

•10:31 p.m. Jessica L. Harrington, 21, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for defective headlamp.

•On December 14, 2014 at 11:40 p.m. Chase M. Crittenden, 18, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for defective headlight.
