•7:41 a.m. Tina L. Barragan, 49, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with seatbelt violation.

•8 a.m. Juvenile female, 17, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with seatbelt violation.

•8:01 a.m. Juvenile female, 17, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with drivers’ license violation and seatbelt violation.

•8:12 a.m. Officers took a report of a child in need of care in the 2600 block, N. A, Wellington.

•11:42 a.m. Brian K. Mashburn, 36, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with domestic violence battery and criminal restraint.
