Wellington Police notes: Monday, June 27, 2016

•9:00 a.m. Amy M. Roths, 41, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for disobeyed stop sign.

•11 a.m. Officers took a report of a child in need of care in the 500 block S. Jefferson, Wellington.

•12:55 p.m. Officers investigated an identity theft in the 1200 block N. A, Wellington.

•1:30 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of a cell phone by a known suspect in the 2000 block E. 16th, Wellington.

•1:39 p.m. Jessica B. Burnett, 39, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with aggravated indecent liberties with a child.

•2:55 p.m. Timothy G. Sparr,  49, Wichita, was issued a notice to appear for speeding 61 mph in a 45 mph zone.

•3 p.m. Officers assisted an outside agency in the Wellington which occurred June 16, 2016).      

•3:10 p.m. Ryan M. Jarvis, 19, Arkansas City was issued a notice to appear for speeding 61 mph in a 45 mph zone.

•3:39 p.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to a residence by a known suspect in the 600 block S. Fair, Wellington.

•4:47 p.m. Jesse L. Reyes, 26, Norman, Okla. was issued a notice to appear for speeding 56 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•5:50 p.m. Glenda E. Fristoe, 38, Mayfield, was issued a notice to appear for speeding 45 mph in a 30 mph zone.
