Wellington Police notes for Monday, March 14, 2016

•9:15 a.m. Vance J. Lough, WM, 50, Wellington was arrested and confined on a Sumner County Warrant for failure to appear.

•10:53 a.m. Officers investigated a forgery by known suspect in the 600 block N. G, Wellington.

•2:29 p.m. Wen Tse Shao,  AM., 24, Arlington, TX was issued a notice to appear for speeding 63 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•2:30 p.m. Chen Po Jui, AM, 26, Arlington, TX was issued a notice to appear for speeding 63 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•3:15 a.m. Officers investigated an identity theft in the 700 block S. H, Wellington.

•4:52 p.m. Non-Injury, hit and run accident in the 100 block E. 10th, Wellington involving an unknown vehicle and a parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by Marcie A. Bristor, Caldwell.

•8:35 p.m. Ryan E. Sipes, 22, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for driver’s license violation/no valid driver’s license, illegal registration and defective headlight.
