•9:32 a.m. Officers took a report of a lost license plate in the 2200 block N. A, Wellington.

•11:21 a.m. Officers investigated driving while license is suspended, no proof of insurance, and illegal registration in the 900 block N. B, Wellington.

•11:28 a.m. Officers investigated a theft in the 800 block E. 16th, Wellington by known suspect.

•11:44 a.m. Vanessa L. Trumpower, 33, Wellington arrested, charged and bonded with driving while license is suspended, no proof of insurance and illegal registration.

•11:57 a.m. Cari C. Martin, 31, Wellington was arrested, charged  and bonded with theft.

•12 p.m. Michael W. Washington Jr, 40, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for dog at large.

•3:10 p.m. Patrick W. Hamlin, 29, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 28 mph in a 20 mph school zone.

•9 p.m. Richard L. Wilson, 60, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for defective headlamp.
