•9:00 a.m. Officers took a report of an unattended death in the 400 block S. C, Wellington.

•9:40 a.m. Officers took a report of found wallet in the 400 block W. 12th, Wellington. It was returned to owner.

•10:38 a.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to tires in the 100 block W. Harvey, Wellington.

•11:15 a.m. Officers took a report of recovered stolen property in the 2000 block N. B, Wellington. Bicycle was recovered and returned to owner.

•2:28 p.m. Rebecca A. Stocking, 58, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 33 mph in a 20 mph zone.

3:17 p.m. Officers investigated driving while license is suspended, no proof of insurance and Speeding 30 mph in a 20 mph School Zone.

•3:22 p.m. Heather E. Wolf, 33, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for driving while license is suspended, no proof of insurance and speeding 30 mph in a 20 mph school zone.

•5:03 p.m. Ethan L. Carroll, 22, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for defective muffler.

•5:21 p.m. Officers took a report of a verbal disturbance by known subjects in the 800 block W. College, Wellington.

•5:48 p.m. Robert W. B. Sherman, 41, Ponca City, Okla. was issued a notice to appear for defective headlights.

•5:58 p.m. Officers took a report of a verbal disturbance in the 600 block N. F, Wellington by known subjects.

•5:59 p.m. Juvenile male, 15, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for drivers license violation and driving without headlamps.

•10:20 p.m. Lonnie P. Watson, 41, Holyrood, Kans. was issued a notice to appear for speeding 40 mph in a 30 mph zone.

•10:26 p.m. Officers investigated a criminal trespass in the 1200 block S. F, Wellington.
