•7:08 a.m. Michael T. Allton, 48, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with theft and interference with law enforcement officers.

•8:42 a.m. Mark A. Meeks, 36, Geuda Springs, was arrested and confined on a Cowley County Warrant for failure to appear.

•9:35 a.m. Officers took a report of found bicycle in the 1900 block E. Lincoln, Wellington.

•11:30 a.m. Officers took a report of found bicycle in the 500 block W. Harvey, Wellington.
