•7:57 a.m. Wes R. Misak, 43, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 31 mph in a 20 mph school zone, no proof of insurance and illegal registration.

•10:38 a.m. Officers investigated a theft and criminal trespass by a known suspect in the 800 block N. Woodlawn, Wellington.

•11:30 a.m. Marsha M. Mason, 66, Wichita, was issued a notice to appear charged with speeding 34 mph in a 20 mph zone (radar) and no valid drivers license/expired.

•12:14 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 200 block N. C, Wellington.

•2:06 p.m. Officers investigated a theft in the 100 block N. B, Wellington.

•4:58 p.m. John S. Price, 36, Winfield, was issued a notice to appear for speeding 33 mph in a 20 mph zone.

•6:03 p.m. Officers took a report of a verbal disturbance in the 500 block N. Olive, Wellington by known subjects.

•10:42 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 1100 block N. Circle Dr, Wellington.

•9:49 p.m. Officers assisted an outside agency in the 1300 block N. A, Wellington.
