•1:23 a.m. Officers took a suspicious activity report in the 1900 block E. Lincoln, Wellington.

•5:02 a.m. Officers took a report of a verbal disturbance in the 300 block S. Fair, Wellington by known subject(s).

•7:44 a.m. Non-Injury accident at 9th and A, Wellington involving vehicles operated by Susan D. Cook, 47, Wellington and Michael T. Tredway, 40, Wellington.

•7:44 a.m. Susan D. Cook, 47, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for failure to yield.

•9 a.m. Edd E. Crawley, 75, Wellington was served a summons to appear for dog bite violation, dog at large and determination that dog is vicious.

•Hanan Whitney, Wellington was served a summons to appear for failure to comply with notice to abate nuisance.

•12:45 p.m. Officers investigated a battery by a known suspect in the 1700 block E. 16th, Wellington.

•1:05 p.m. Officers took a miscellaneous report in the 900 block N. Washington, Wellington.

•7:45 p.m. Shelby D. Tencleve, 34, Mayfield, was issued a notice to appear for disobeying a traffic signal.

•7:49 p.m. Officers took a report of found cell phone in the 200 block N. C, Wellington.

•8:35 p.m. Philip R. Swindler, 56, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for defective headlight.

•9 p.m. Juvenile male, 17, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for defective headlight.
