•7:40 a.m. Tyson L. Johnson, 41, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for disobeyed stop sign.

•10:30 a.m. Officers investigated intimidation of a witness by known suspect in the 600 block E. Hillside, Wellington.

•1:14 p.m. Officers took a report of lost wallet in contents in the 1100 block w. 8th, Wellington.

•1:26 p.m. Officers took a report of a mental subject in the 1000 block W. College, Wellington.

•1:39 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 1000 block W. 8th, Wellington.

•4:40 p.m. Janet E. Patterson, 73, Conway Springs, was issued a notice to appear for speeding 60 mph in a 45 mph zone (radar) and illegal registration.

•5:28 p.m. Jason M. Stallings, 39, Mayfield, was arrested and confined on a Sedgwick County warrant for burglary and theft.

•7:34 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 800 block N. Homestead Drive, Wellington.
