•3:40 a.m. Chelsie M. Seyfert, 25, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for owner permit operation of uninsured vehicle.

•3:40 a.m. Officers investigated failure to give proper signal, driving while license is suspended and no proof of insurance in the 600 block E. Harvey, Wellington.

•3:40 a.m. Officers conducted a warrant service for Kay County, Okla. for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

•3:53 a.m. Casey M. Williams, 25, Wellington was arrested and confined on a Kay County, Okla. for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

•3:53 a.m. Casey M. Williams, 25, Wellington was arrested and charged with driving while license is suspended, no insurance and fail to signal a turn.

•7:34 a.m. Non-Injury accident in the area of 15th and G, Wellington involving vehicles operated by juvenile female, 15, Wellington and Irene F. Monson, 43, Wellington.

•10:38 a.m. Officers took a report of a suicide attempt in the 200 block S. Haslet, Wellington.

•11:40 a.m. Officers investigated a theft in the 200 block N. C, Wellington.

•1:16 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 1000 block W. College, Wellington.

•1:20 p.m. Officers took a report of found wallet in the 1100 block N. B, Wellington.

•2:48 p.m. Officers investigated a theft in the 200 block W. Harvey, Wellington.

•7:15 p.m. Officers conducted a courtesy motor vehicle accident report in the 600 block E. Harvey, Wellington involving an unknown driver and a parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by Celestina J. Sparman, Wellington.

•7:43 p.m. Officers took a report of found bicycle in the 1100 block E. 4th, Wellington.

•8:43 p.m. Officers investigated a domestic battery in the 800 block N. Jefferson, Wellington by known suspect.

•9:24 p.m. Devon J. P. Corp, 18, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with domestic battery.

•10:45 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 1200 block E. 4th, Wellington.
