•12:40 a.m. Officers investigated a theft of keys in the 300 block E. Lincoln, Wellington.

•8:54 a.m. Seth A. Crisler, 30, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 59 mph in a 40 mph zone. (radar)

•12:40 p.m. Christopher K. Owens, 31, Wellington was arrested and confined on a parole office arrest and detain for violations of conditions of parole.

•3:56 p.m. Officers investigated the report of an animal bite on Shady Lane. The dog was located and confined.

•4 p.m.  Officers investigated a non-injury accident, hit and run, in  the 400 block of W. U.S. 81 Highway, involving an unknown vehicle and a vehicle operated by Carissa M. Gill, 39, Wellington.

•4 p.m.  Qua-Sean, X L Jones, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with no valid drivers license.

•4:46 p.m.  Officers investigated criminal damage to property in the 300 block of E Lincoln.

•5:35 p.m. Scott L. Patterson Jr., 22, Wellington was arrested, confined and bonded  for charges of criminal damage to property.

•5:34 p.m. Officers investigated report of child in need of care  in the 600 block of S. Fair.

•9:26 p.m. Officers investigated  a domestic battery in the 300  block of E. Lincoln.

•9:26 p.m. Autumn E. Sandell, 30, Wellington was arrested and confined charged with domestic battery.

•8:59 p.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to a door in the 800 block of S. H.

•11 p.m.  Officers investigated a theft of a laptop computer in the 500 block of N Poplar.
