•12:01 p.m. Officers took a report of a child in need of care in the 700 block W. Harvey, Wellington.

•12:55 p.m. Aaron T. Gurley, 27, Wellington was arrested and confined on three Lyon County Warrants.

•1:45 p.m. Officers investigated criminal threat in the 900 block S. A, Wellington by known suspect.

•3:15 p.m. Officers investigated a forgery in the 200 block W. 4th, Wellington by known suspect(s).

•3:45 p.m. Connie M. Stowell, 18, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with forgery, theft and conspiracy.

•4:12 p.m. Officers investigated a theft by a known suspect in the 2000 block E. 16th, Wellington.

•4:15 p.m. Adam M. O’Neal, 33, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with forgery, theft and conspiracy.

•5:05 p.m. Tina L. Barragan, 46, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for illegal registration.
