•Officers took a report of an animal complaint by known owner in the 2100 block N. H, Wellington (incident occurred February 3, 2016)

•10:14 a.m. Officers took a report of an Animal Complaint in the 600 block S. Fair, Wellington.

•12:14 p.m. Officers took a report of an unattended death in the 800 block N. Woodlawn, Wellington.

•1 p.m. Officers took a report of a mental subject in the 1000 block W. College, Wellington.

•1:15 p.m. Officers took a report of a mental subject in the 1100 block W. 8th, Wellington.

•1:33 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of a bicycle in the 1800 block E. 16th, Wellington.

•3:20 p.m. Officers investigated driving while license is suspended, expired license plate, speeding 30 mph in a 20 mph zone (radar) and no proof of insurance.

•3:20 p.m. Dustin L. Repphan, 31, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for driving while license is suspended, expired license plate, speeding 30 mph in a 20 mph zone (radar), and no proof of insurance.

•7:25 p.m. Officers took a report of a child in need of care in the 300 block S. Jefferson, Wellington.

•11 p.m. Officers investigated interference with law enforcement officers in the 1800 block W. Lynn Burris Drive, Wellington by known suspect.
