Wellington Police notes: Thursday, June 9, 2016

•On June 8, 2016 at 7:15 a.m. Non-Injury, hit and run accident in the 600 block S. Fair, Wellington involving vehicles operated by Jeffrey S. Maxwell, 52, Wellington and Jessica R. Waltrip, 23, Wellington.

•8 a.m. Officers took a report of found medication in the 500 block W. Harvey, Wellington. Medication was returned to owner.

•9 a.m. Marcia A. Waugh, 77, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 48 mph in a 30mph zone.

•10:50 a.m. Gupta S. Prakashchandra, 59, Irving, Texas was issued a notice to appear for speeding 53 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•12:43 p.m. Officers investigated an identity theft in the 1400 block N. Poplar, Wellington.

•1:10 p.m. Paul M. Hartman, 30, Goddard, was issued a notice to appear for disobeyed traffic signal.

•1:15 p.m. Officers took a report of lost tag in the 700 block N. G, Wellington.

•2:40 p.m. Bonnie K. Creed, 63, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for defective brake light and defective trailer brake/tail light.

•4:44 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 400 block S. C, Wellington. •6 p.m. Alvin B. Janzen Jr, 75, Wellington was issued notice to appear for speeding 43 mph in a 30mph zone.

•6:10 p.m. Barbara L. Patton, 59, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for Speeding 46 mph in a 30 mph zone.

•6:30 p.m. Officers took a report of Suspicious Activity in the 1000 block S. Jefferson, Wellington.
