Wellington Police notes for Thursday, March 24, 2016

•10:25 a.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 300 block N. Park, Wellington.

•10:18 a.m. Michael W. Cooper, 35, Winfield, was issued a notice to appear for speeding 41 mph in a 30 mph zone and no driver’s license.

•12:45 a.m. Shawn D. Dinneen, 22, Arkansas City, Kans. was issued a notice to appear for speeding 61 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•1:21 p.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to garage door and vehicle in the 500 block S. G, Wellington.

•3:35 p.m. Officers investigated a  attery in the 500 block N. F, Wellington by known suspect.

•6:01 p.m. Officers investigated a burglary and theft of a laptop in the 800 block W. College, Wellington.

•7:50 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 700 block W. 13th, Wellington.

•11:10 p.m.  Aman Srivasta, 24, Newark, Dela. was issued a notice to appear for speeding 59 mph in a 40 mph zone.
