•7:40 a.m. Harold L. Kromka, 70, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for seatbelt violation.

•7:50 a.m. Cristin E. Peetoom, 49, Bluff City, was issued a notice to appear for seatbelt violation and no proof of insurance.

•8 a.m. Officers investigated a theft of a radio in the 1400 block N. B, Wellington.
