•1:15 a.m. Officers took a report of Suspicious Activity in the 700 block E. 4th, Wellington.

•7:40 a.m. Michael J. Macias, 69, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for overtaking a school bus.

•9:55 a.m. Craig B. Houser, 60, Douglass was issued a notice to appear for speeding 56 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•10:45 a.m. Gerald D. Kessler, 66, Oxford, was issued a notice to appear for defective trailer lights and defective brake lights.

•2:39 p.m. Juvenile female, 15, Wellington was referred to juvenile court reference ex-parte order.

•Ronald Ribordy, 67, Wellington was served a summons to appear for maintaining more than four cats in the residence.

•Donell R. Horner, 26, Wellington was served a summons to appear for theft.

•Justin M. Brown, 30, Wellington was served a summons to appear for theft.
