•10:08 a.m. Cindy L. Hummel, 53, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for disobeyed stop sign, no proof of insurance and expired driver’s license.

•12:03 p.m. Non-Injury accident in the 200 block S. Washington, Wellington involving vehicles operated by Wanda L. Herrin, 89, Wellington and Cristy L. Newlin, 41, Wellington.

•12:03 p.m. Wanda L. Herrin, 89, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with improper backing.

•12:06 p.m. Officers took a report of found wallet in the 200 block N. C, Wellington.

•12:21 p.m. Officers investigated driving while license is suspended and driving wrong way on a one-way in the 200 block N. C, Wellington.

•12:31 p.m. Kelsey J. Garmon, 23, Wellington was arrested, charged and bonded with driving while license is suspended and driving wrong way on a one-way.

•12:57 p.m. Justin R. Goans, 24, Wellington was arrested and confined on a Kay County Warrant for failure to appear/bail jumping.

•1:51 p.m. Non-Injury, private property accident in the 2000 block E. 16th, Wellington involving vehicles operated by Nelda J. Koster, 76, Argonia, Ks and Vincent Macias, 75, Wellington.

•3 p.m. Officers took a report of an animal bite in the 1100 Edgewood, Wellington by known owner.

•3:50 p.m. Kayla M. Bailey, 21, Derby, was issued a notice to appear for speeding 45 mph in a 35 mph zone.

•4:21 p.m. Officers investigated a theft by known suspect in the 2000 block E. 16th, Wellington. Items were recovered.

•7:36 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of license plate in the 1400 block E. Michigan Court, Wellington.
