•1:14 a.m. Officers investigated driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs (subsequent), driving while license is suspended, defective tail lights, fail to maintain single lane of traffic, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 2000 block E. 16th, Wellington.
•2 a.m. Kyle J. Sisson, 32, Wichita, was arrested, charged and confined with driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs (subsequent), driving while license is suspended, defective tail lights, fail to maintain single lane of traffic, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
•4:19 a.m. Officers took a report of a child in need of care in the 1000 block S. C, Wellington.
•4:19 a.m. Officers investigated a battery by a known subject(s) in the 1000 block S. C, Wellington.
•7:45 a.m. Mallory J. McIntire, 31, Wellington was arrested and bonded on a city of Wellington bench warrant for failure to appear.
•8:56 a.m. Officers investigated a theft of a vehicle in the 400 block N. West Road, Wellington.
•9:53 a.m. Officers investigated a burglary in the 1300 block Michigan Ct, Wellington.
•10:21 a.m. Officers assisted an outside agency in the 1500 block E. 16th, Wellington.
•3:20 p.m. Sabrina J. Kingsley, 20, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 30 mph in a 20 mph school zone.
•4:53 p.m. Noah H. Row, 19, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 35 mph in a 20 mph zone.
•5:10 p.m. Gary M. Owen, 62, Warsaw, Mo. was issued a notice to appear for speeding 36 mph in a 20 mph zone.
•5:26 p.m. Victoria S. Jordan, 18, Argonia, was issued a notice to appear for speeding 32 mph in a 20 mph zone.
•6 p.m. Non-Injury, hit and run accident that occurred on September 14, 2016 involved an unknown vehicle and a parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by William P. Day Jr., Wellington.
•7:33 p.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to property in the 1100 block W. 4th, Wellington by known suspect(s).
