Wellington Police notes: Thursday, September 29, 2016:

•8:18 a.m. Officers investigated a theft of vehicle in the 1100 block N. A, Wellington by known suspect. The vehicle was recovered.

•8:20 a.m. Non-Injury accident in the 600 block N. G, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Nicholas J. Lucas, 34, Mayfield and a parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by Kenneth S. Easterly, Haysville.

•8:25 a.m. Dustin S. Stalder, 33, Oxford, was arrested, charged and confined with theft.

•8:38 a.m. Officers conducted a courtesy motor vehicle accident report in the 600 block E. 16th, Wellington involving vehicles operated by Benjamin J. Cunningham, 22, Mayfield and Timothy R. Fogarty, 33, Des Moines, Iowa.

•5:05 p.m. Nicholas J. Lucas, 34, Caldwell, was arrested and bonded on a city of Wellington  warrant for criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.

•6:55 p.m. Officers investigated criminal trespass in the 2000 block E. 16th, Wellington by known suspect.
