•8:04 a.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 200 block N. C, Wellington.

•11:05 a.m. Officers documented animal activity in the 400 block N. Blaine, Wellington.

•7:45 p.m. Officers investigated disorderly conduct in the 500 block E. Harvey, Wellington, incident occurred Sept. 2, 2016.

•12:40 p.m. Non-Injury accident in the area of 12th & G, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Mary A. Murphy, 83, Wellington and a fixed object/cement wall owned by the city of Wellington.

•3:05 p.m. Shelly D. Martin, 55, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with expired  registration.
