•7:45 a.m. Non-Injury accident in the 1300 block N. C, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Timothy B. Ward, 42, Wellington and parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by William R. Wingfield, Wellington.

•8:20 a.m. Timothy B. Ward, 42, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for improper backing.

•9:31 a.m. Officers took a report of found keys in the 1100 block S. H, Wellington.

•1:53 p.m. Timothy W. Ellis, 49, Hillboro, Texas was issued a notice to appear charged with speeding 52mph in a 40mph Zone.

•3:50 p.m. Officers investigated a theft and criminal damage to property in the 400 block W. Walnut, Wellington.

•8:07 p.m. Officers investigated domestic battery, battery and criminal trespass in the 1000 block W. College, Wellington by known suspect.

•9:03 p.m. Everett G. Fleming, 34, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with domestic battery, battery and criminal trespass.
