•10:16 a.m. Bailey N. Hudson, 28, Wellington, was issued a notice to appear for Wellington Code Violation. 

•10:53 a.m. Sammi J. Popplewell, 44, Wellington, was issued a notice to appear for Wellington Code Violation.

•11:23 a.m. Delgene Moore-Sealy, 76, Wellington, was issued a notice to appear for Wellington Code Violation.
