•11:50 a.m. Non-Injury accident involving vehicles driven by Heather L. Inslee, 30, Wichita, and Thomas L. Norris, 47, Wellington.

•12:15 p.m. Heather L. Inslee, 30, Wichita, was issued a Notice to Appear for inattentive driving.

•1:48 p.m. Officers responded to a mental subject in the 200 block N. Olive St, Wellington.

•2:50 p.m. Reynaldo Dominquez Jr., 46, Texas, was issued a Notice to Appear for speeding, 55 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•8:13 p.m. Matthew M. Portenier, 23, Wellington, was arrested and charged with driving while habitual violator and driving while revoked.
