Wellington Police notes for Tuesday, August 25, 2015

•2:53 a.m. Jesse L. Mashburn, 33, Wellington was arrested and confined on a city of Wellington bench warrant for Failure to Appear.

•9:30 a.m. Officers investigated a domestic battery by known suspects in the 200 block W. 4th, Wellington.

•10:21 a.m. William A. Sirmons, 51, Wellington was arrested, charged and bonded with domestic battery.

•10:21 a.m. Lynda D. Tompkins, 56, Wellington was arrested and charged with domestic battery.

•10:50 a.m. Non-Injury accident in the 700 block N. Jefferson, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Linda S. Townsend, 63, Wellington and a parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by Connie S. Cook, Hutchinson.

•11:45 a.m. Officers took a report of an animal bite in the 300 block E. Harvey, Wellington. The bite occurred on Aug. 24, 2015.

•2:10 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 1400 block N. Poplar, Wellington.

•2:33 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of a license plate in the 200 block S. B, Wellington.

•7:05 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 300 block W. Sumner, Wellington.

•8:47 p.m. Officers took a report of a verbal disturbance in the 1100 block N. A, Wellington by known subjects.

•11:05 p.m. Zechariah T. Kimbel, 19, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for disobeyed stop sign.

•9:15 p.m. Kenneth R. Byers, 37, Wellington was arrested and bonded on a city of Wellington Warrant for battery and criminal damage to property.

•9:38 p.m. Kyle M. Dall, 18, Wellington was arrested and bonded on a city of Wellington Warrant for battery.
