•12:06 a.m. Officers took a report of children in need of care in the 1100 block E. 16th, Wellington.

•7:56 a.m. Officers investigated Driving While License is Suspended and Illegal Registration in the 700 block N. Woodlawn, Wellington.

•8:09 a.m. Cancilla R. Triplett, 41, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for driving while license is suspended and illegal registration/expired.

•10 a.m. Officers investigated a missing juvenile in the 400 block S. H, Wellington. The person was located.

•10:43 a.m. Officers investigated a theft of wallets and contents by known suspects in the 1300 block E. 4th, Wellington.

•12:12 p.m. Officers took a report of a juvenile problem by known subject in the 200 block S. Jefferson, Wellington.

•1:58 p.m. Officers took a report of found wallet in the 2000 block E. 16th, Wellington. It was returned to owner.

•2:13 p.m. Porter C. Evans, 22, Wellington was arrested and confined on a state of parole warrant for parole violations.

•2:16 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of vehicle in the 1200 block E. 16th, Wellington.

•3 p.m. Officers conducted a courtesy motor vehicle accident report in the 1700 block E. 16th, Wellington involving vehicles operated by juvenile male, 17, Wellington and juvenile female, 15, Wellington.

•3:34 p.m. Officers took a report of a juvenile problem in the 1100 block N. Jefferson, Wellington.

•6:11 p.m. Officers investigated driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and tampering with ignition interlock tampering in the Wellington.

•7 p.m. Wes R. Misak, 39, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and tampering with ignition interlock tampering.
