•3:11 p.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to property in the 100 block N. Washington, Wellington.

•4:20 p.m. Officers investigated making false information by a known suspect in the 400 block N. Washington, Wellington.

•5:21 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 1600 block N. A, Wellington.

•5:24 p.m. Officers investigated an aggravated assault by a known suspect in the 1200 block S. Jefferson, Wellington.

•5:30 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of a window display in the 400 block E. 4th, Wellington.

•5:30 p.m. Non-injury, hit and run on private property accident in the 1100 block W. 8th, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by Harry A. Stucky, 93, Wellington and a parked and unoccupied vehicles owned by Julie A. McMullin, Wellington and Julia D. Staley, Wellington.

•5:30 p.m. Harry A. Stucky, 93, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for failure to report an accident and leaving the scene of an accident.
