•4:55 a.m. Officers took a report of an unattended death in the 1300 block N. Stewart, Wellington.

•7:40 a.m. Michael A. Moore, 37, South Haven, was issued a notice to appear charged with seatbelt violation.

•7:50 a.m. Cassandra N. Huck, 24, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with seatbelt violation.

•10:13 a.m. Officers took a report of an unattended death in the 500 block W. Harvey, Wellington.

•5:28 p.m. Officers investigated a burglary in the 200 block W. Botkin, Wellington.

•11:32 p.m. Brendan A. Auzat, 24, Wellington was arrested and confined on two Sumner County warrants for forgery and theft.
