•2 p.m. Marvin W. Chamlin, 72, Ponca City, Oklahoma was issued a notice to appear charged with speeding 54 mph in a 40 mph zone

•3:35 p.m. Gordon A. Everhart Jr, 39, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for obstructed windshield.

•10:06 p.m. Officers investigated domestic battery and criminal damage to property by known suspect(s) in the 600 block N. C, Wellington.

•10:43 p.m. Matthew R. Deason, 34, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with domestic battery and criminal damage to property.
