•8:05 a.m.  Ruth S. J. Mock, 28, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for no proof of insurance and littering.

•On May 15, 2016, Officers investigated possession of a dtimulant in the 400 block W. Harvey, Wellington.

•10 a.m.  Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 1000 block W. 8th, Wellington.

•2:20 p.m.  Officers took an occurrence report in the 800 block N. Homestead Drive, Wellington.

•3:31 p.m.  Officers investigated a burglary of a television in the 800 block N. H, Wellington.

•8:03 p.m.  Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 1100 block N. C, Wellington.

•10:49 p.m.  Officers investigated a domestic battery in the 800 block N. Plum, Wellington by known suspect.

•11:24 p.m.  Rachel E. Cook, 26, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with domestic battery.
