•5:43 a.m. Kalum L. Marshall, 23, Udall, was issued a notice to appear for speeding 43 mph in a 30 mph zone. (radar)

•6:30 a.m. Non-injury, hit and run accident in the 1000 block W. College, Wellington involving an unknown vehicle and a parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by Jerald G. Loughmiller, Wellington.

•11:47 a.m. Officers investigated making false information in the 200 block W. Harvey, Wellington.

•12:26 p.m. Officers investigated a theft in the 300 block S. B, Wellington.

•3:31 p.m. Officers investigated identity theft in the 900 block E. Harvey, Wellington.

•4:20 p.m. James R. Gressel, 22, Wellington was arrested and confined on a Sumner County Warrants for probation violations on original charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

•4:27 p.m. Joshua A. Bodner, 25, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with probation violation.

•5:03 p.m. Officers took a report of a verbal disturbance by known subjects in the 200 block N. C, Wellington.

•11:57 p.m. Dannielle M. Newboles, 38, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for driving while license is suspended and defective headlight in the 2000 block E. 16th, Wellington.
