•8:14 a.m. Officers took a report of a runaway in the 100 block E. Maple, Wellington. The person was located.

•9:27 a.m. Billie J. Saltkill, 30, Wellington was served a summons to appear charged with theft.

•10 a.m. Offices took a report of a child in need of care in the 800 block N. Woodlawn, Wellington.

•12:03 p.m. Patsy A. Bouckaert,  72, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for dog at large.

•3:15 p.m. Michael A. Black, 39, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for dog at large.

•5:35 p.m. Non-Injury accident in the 300 block N. A, Wellington involving vehicles operated by Diana S. Johnson, 66, Wellington and Julie I. Jennings, 49, Wellington.

•5:44 p.m. Officers investigated contributing to a childs misconduct in the 1400 block E. Michigan, Wellington.

•5:52 p.m. Diana S. Johnson, 66, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for fail to yield right of way.
