•2:39 p.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to window screen in the 400 block E. 7th, Wellington.

•3:06 p.m. Officers investigated a theft in the 2000 block E. 16th, Wellington by known suspect(s).

•4:15 p.m. Non-Injury, private property accident in the 2000 block E. 16th, Wellington involving vehicles operated by Lenora S. Davidson, 85, Wellington and Neta J. Doris, 73, Winfield.

•4:23 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of rototiller and gas can in the 200 block E. South, Wellington.

•4:41 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of a cell phone in the 200 block E. Lincoln, Wellington.

•5 p.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to a vehicle in the 200 block W. 8th, Wellington.

•5:28 p.m. Officers took a report of a mental subject in the 1000 block W. College, Wellington.

•5:59 p.m. Officers took a report of a barking dog in the 1500 block N. Plum, Wellington.

•8:01 p.m. Traci N. Stallings, 36, Wellington was arrested and confined on a Sumner County Order to arrest and detain for probation violation.

•8:09 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 400 block N. Blaine, Wellington.

•10:08 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of natural gas in the 500 block E. Harvey, Wellington by a known suspect.

•10:10 p.m. Officers investigated a battery and children by known suspect(s) in need of care in the 700 block S. Blaine, Wellington.

•11:21 p.m. Officers took a report of a domestic family dispute in the 500 block N. Plum, Wellington by known subject(s).

•Jeremie D. Hartson, 37, Wellington was served a summons to appear for battery and disorderly conduct.

•Savanah D. Pinkston, 29, Wellington was served a summons to appear for battery.

•12:15 p.m. Kenneth L. Nutt, 42, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for illegal registration and no proof of insurance.

•12:20 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 800 block N. Woodlawn, Wellington.

•2:14 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of a bicycle in the 600 block N. High Dr, Wellington.

•2:30 p.m. Tremain D. Gingerich,  20, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 52 mph in a 40 mph zone.

•2:49 p.m. Officers investigated driving while license is suspended and speeding 31 mph in a 20 mph zone in the 300 block E. 9th, Wellington by known suspect.

•2:50 p.m. Lindsay R. Hatfield, 39, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for driving while license is suspended and speeding 31 mph in a 20 mph zone.

•3:28 p.m. Officers investigated drivers’ license violation, no proof of insurance and speeding 30 mph in a 20 mph zone in the 500 block E. 9th, Wellington.

•3:28 p.m. Juvenile female, 16, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 30 mph in a 20 mph zone (radar), no proof of insurance and drivers’ license violation.
