•12:00 p.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to a mirror and picture frame in the 100 block S. Plum, Wellington.

•5:25 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of a known suspect in the 2000 block E. 15th, Wellington.

•5:38 p.m. Anthony Q. Jackson II, 29, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with theft.

•5:57 p.m. Officers took a report of a child in need of care in the 1100 block N. Washington, Wellington.

•10:36 p.m. Heather M. Pelkey, 37, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for disobeyed stop sign.
