•8:58 a.m. Officers investigated criminal damage to a door handle in the 1000 block W. 8th, Wellington.

•12:03 p.m. Officers conducted a courtesy motor vehicle accident report in the 300 block S. Washington, Wellington involving Ruth G. Stinson, 91, Wellington and a parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by Richard D. Murray, Wellington.

•3:45 p.m. Devyn S. Niblack, 21, Peck, was served a city of Wellington warrant for interference with a law enforcement officer, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct and consumption of alcohol by an bnderage adult.

•4:29 p.m. Officers investigated a theft in the 2000 block E. 16th, Wellington by known suspect. Items were recovered.

•4:51 p.m. Officers investigated a theft in the 1800 block N. A, Wellington.

•5:08 p.m. Debra L. Ware, 57, Wellington was arrested, charged and bonded with theft.

•6:10 p.m. Officers took a miscellaneous report in the 1700 block N. A, Wellington.

•7:39 p.m. Debra L. Ware, 57, Wellington was served a summons to appear for theft.

•8:59 p.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 2000 block N. H, Wellington.
