•9:07 a.m. Carl J. Hensley, 65, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for driving while suspended and fail to yield when entering the highway.

•1:45 p.m. Officers responded to a juvenile problem in the 200 block N. B St., Wellington.

•2:38 p.m. Officers took a suspicious activity report in the 600 block W. 19th St., Wellington.

•3:25 p.m. Officers responded to a disturbance in the 2000 block E. 12th St., Wellington. 

•4:58 p.m. Officers investigated suspicious activity in the 300 block S. F St., Wellington.

•5:53 p.m. Non-Injury accident involving a vehicle driven by Roselinde Theobald, 71, Wellington, and a parked and unoccupied vehicle. 

•5:54 p.m. Roselinde Theobald, 71, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for improper backing.
