•11:30 a.m. on September 21, 2022; James E. Cooley, 45, Wellington, was issued a Notice to Appear for dog at large, immunizations required, and registration required. 

•7:02 a.m. on September 30, 2022; Wilmer Cantarero, 42, Sumner County, was issued a notice to appear for dog at large, registration required, and no proof of vaccinations. 

•7:40 a.m. William A. Moody, 25, Wellington, was issued a notice to appear for speeding 31 mph in a 20 mph school zone. 

•8 a.m. Tammy L. Schulte, 47, Argonia, was issued a notice to appear for speeding 50 mph in a 35 mph zone. 

•10:30 a.m. Officers investigated suspicious activity in the 200 block N. C St, Wellington.

•11:27 a.m. Officers took a Miscellaneous Report in the 1700 block E. 16th St., Wellington.

•12 p.m. Officers investigated possession of marijuana in the 1700 block E. 16th St, Wellington.

•12:44 p.m. Officers took a Miscellaneous Report in the 200 block N. C St, Wellington.

•2:49 p.m. Sydney M. Parsons, 23, Wellington, was issued a notice to appear for an expired tag.

•4:20 p.m. Officers responded to a disturbance in the 1300 block E. Michigan Ct, Wellington.

•8:08 p.m. Officers investigated a private property accident in the 1700 block E. 16th St, Wellington.

•8:57 p.m. Richard D. Humphrey, 40, Wellington, was arrested on a Sumner County Warrant.
